All maintenance work in developments we manage (e.g. on lifts, gates, pumps and in relation to window cleaning, parking etc.) is subcontracted out by Oriel Property Management Ltd to separate companies. Unlike some other property management companies, we are fully independent of all service providers. We always welcome and consider proposals from alternative service providers for all aspects of our operations (subject to quality standards being fully maintained).
